Such a great photo! The lines of the tiles and those of the shopping cart, the wrinkles on the forehead and on the jacket, the focus on the face because of the brown hood makes it so compelling. Really a beautiful expression of the poverty around us, like that migrant worker picture of Dorothea Lange's 75 years ago.
Again you found the combo of s many lines and designs to combine even to the face. A man in hoodie is surely a msg today with Taynon's killing...this man is the epitome of the street and how he is outside the LINES and alone with only himself to talk with or listen to that day. The hints of color bring the little hope and reality to his setting...whew! That is a powerful one.
