"sun" flower

Posted by
DULCIE (Danville, CA, United States) on 26 August 2011 in Plant & Nature and Portfolio.

It seems almost sacrilegious not to post a sunflower in its golden colors, so I offer this with some trepidation. I feel I haven't gotten the most out of this sunflower, yet. Well, anyway, here it is in its current incarnation !! A work in progress. :-)

I think you've presented this sunflower in a beautiful light (no pun intended!). The sunlight hitting the petals is such a delicate, moving sight and you've caught it beautifully.
