an old-fashioned platter of cookies . . .

Posted by
DULCIE (Danville, CA, United States) on 4 April 2011 in Abstract & Conceptual and Portfolio.

This shot was taken in the little bakery area off the restaurant where I recently celebrated a friend's birthday. IPhoneography, of course; and then I added a style from a Pic Grunger phone app, and finished with a Nik's Efex vignette-blur filter.

Haha-so iPhone's have gone from quick record gatherers to full photographic studios(I know the Nik doesn't run on it, but you know what I mean)!

great image, dulcie, and fantastic processing. i'm blown away by what you're doing with that iphone. the sharp and yet hazy lighting in this image is particulary entrancing...a product of your textures and the clear celophane in the picture. i particularly like the few delicate scratches. great work!
