How DO you get to Carnegie Hall? Yes, practice is absolutley essential (remember The War of Art?). Lately, however, I've been surfing many sites over at flickr (see flickr.com/photos/sunrise_at_dawn for example) and am both stunned by the achievement of of so many photographers there.....and embarrassed by the quality of my own here......and have begun to think that the standards I set for myself are probably the single most important element of my craft.
