Walnut Creek CA ~
My friend and I met for coffee and croissants at this Italian restaurant.
I stayed on after our coffee date to shoot some interior photos ...

a pity...I thought it was something to drink...because today, as cold as it is...we would have appreciate something more...(with a bit alcool..)
Anyway, olive oil is great also and make me dream of sunny days, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil...Great!

love this b&w Dulcie...deep rich tone, really interesting crop, i like the composition a lot...works for me, and a bit of olive oil is supposed to be good for the arteries too :-)

ps...but you know my stuff, i'd have destroyed the beautiful smooth tones you have here with some grain effects...well, maybe not, but i'd have looked at versions in silver efex pro or lightroom...

Good evening, Dulcie,
This presentation is also very stylish and I like color. The light reflections are very well expressed. I wish you a wonderful evening and thank you for your comment on my web page. Dear greetings Christel

I'm working my way backward through your blog, so I will post this comment on the first of the restaurant series, not the last. This is a very nice series! I like the different ways you processed the images. The photos convey the feel of the restaurant. I admire your courage in photographing in such a public place--something I would like to do but.... You encourage me.
