I love this one - it is so staightforward and bare and says "this is me!" It's a really honest shot - I like that a lot! BTW, mustard is another of the original Bach Flowers and it's described like this: "Mustard is for the soul's experience of darkness. Rather than experiencing light as separate from darkness, the soul is able to experience darkness as a transformative process. In this way Mustard flower essence helps the soul to anchor and stabilise its light, leading to a sustained experience of gentle joyfulness and quiet radiance." Lovely, isn't it?! Quoted from The Flower Essence Repertory by Patricia Kaminski and Richard Katz (an amazing book!).
