Very interesting and creative work! May I guess? You took a photo of the branch then selected the inner rectangle, made it lighter and applied it over the original, then you applied a photo of a glass (perhaps window) with water drops over whole image. Right? :) Really very creative. The only thing that I'm racking my brain about is the red tint in the lower left corner. What is the intention of it? I think that I would prefer even colour over whole image.
