cemetery #1

In a small cemetery perched on a rise near Danville, I noticed some of the gravestones seem to be losing their footing. One hopes husband's resting place is not in jeopardy.

It looks like we are ploughing a similar furrow. Just to give you a little background my journey started when I was walking through a cemetery with a friend and we were musing on whether or not we could find a grave to mark a passing for every day of the year. We couldn't that afternoon but I now spend a little time in a different cemetery every day looking for a marker of someone who is having the anniversary of their passing - so what I hope to end up with is a 365 page almanac of gravestones.

@Zorilla: That's a fascinating and ambitious journey. Good idea. I will enjoy watching your progress.
